Can I use the GHD Attachment with my Nordic Hyper?
To use the new GHD Attachment with your Nordic Hyper, you need to buy the Pro Upgrade Kit. This includes the GHD Attachment along with a Pro Rear Base and upgraded padding.
The Pro Rear Base is needed to stabilize the Hyper during GHD movements using the attachment.
What's the difference between the new GHD Attachment and the old version?
The previous GHD Pad used with the Nordic Hyper attached via velcro. The new GHD Attachment connects directly to the mainframe. This makes it much more stable.
It is also significantly larger and uses higher quality padding for maximum comfort and durability.
Will I need to load weight with the new Hyper Pro?
For GHD movements, you will no longer need to load weight plates in the front for explosive movements.
Will the attachments work with my version of the Hyper?
All our attachments are backwards compatible and work with both the Nordic Hyper GHD and the Hyper Pro versions.
